Registration Fees

For the registration fee, speakers will receive a registration module with a digitalized memory of the event and will allow them to participate in the academic activities. Such fee will also allow participants to attend all the activities of the event, work sessions, opening and closing activities, lectures, exhibits and closing party, as well as specialized visits and a certification as a speaker or attendant.

Companions` registration fee includes opening and closing activities of the 14th CCIA and a Souvenir.

The way of payment and of travelling to Cuba can be negotiated trough.



Our agency offers the following services:

Welcoming at the airport in Havana, transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport, Lodging, daily transfers to the event, health insurance, optional tours and assistance.
