Instructions for upload abstracts

Welcome to the selection process of SIGraDi 2008

It is our pleasure invites professionals, investigators, professors and students to register article summaries for its presentation in the congress. The works must turn on professional activities, computational applications, pedagogical strategies, networks of cooperation, and theoretical reflections, concluded projects of investigation or developing that contribute with the architecture, urbanism, environment, industrial design, graphics design, web design, and visual communication, design of interiors, virtual atmospheres, arts, animation or multimedia.

The selection process will be based on two stages: the anonymous evaluation of the content of summaries and the publishing revision of complete articles.

Reception and Evaluation of the abstracts

The reception of the summaries will become online at the Web site of XII the congress. It will begin on May 17 at 0:00 hrs and will ended at June16 at 23:59 hrs (hour GTM -4).

Whit the upload of your abstract, you can attach until 3 images inserted in a DOC, RTF or PDF file. The maximum file size is 5 mb.

After this process, the organizing committee will sent an email confirming the reception of your work.

By the evaluation process the abstract must be up to 500 words of extension. In your work you have to indicate the topic under which postulates indicating clearly the antecedents, objectives, methodology and conclusions of his work.

The abstracts will be examined by the international scientific committee of SIGraDi and the complete articles will be examined by the publishing advice.

The summaries will be evaluated according to their potential contribution, originality, methodological rigor and legibility, and will be chosen according to two criteria: its merits in the field of application and its affinity to the thematic of the conference.

If the subject of your article requires being presented/displayed through means based on time (interactive video or programs) you possibly will be invited to present during the conference a poster, a video, or an interactive program (this is additionally to the publication and formal presentation of its article during the conference). If you would be arranged to present/display a poster, a video, or an interactive program, please inform to us at the end of your summary.
