INTRODUCTION

SIGraDi 2021 Designing Possibilities
Ubiquitous Conference November 8th -12th , 2021
XXV International Conference of the Ibero-American Society of Digital Graphics

Abstract: 500 words (EN, PT, ES)
Submission deadline: April 15th, 2021
OPENCONF platform

Designing Possibilities is a call about of all possible futures. The latent space of all timelines. The creation between what the new reality has already materialized and what has not yet been defined.

Designing possibilities move us towards creativity and innovation, placing ourselves between the certainty and the impossible.

Projections: What are the opportunities that emerge from the new scenario?

Impacts: What is the role of design, architecture and art in shaping the possible futures?

Definitions: What are the parameters that will help define our next reality?

In times of unexpected global changes, we propose to visualize the futures by modeling the design space and all the possible solutions it contains. We propose a convergence of people, information, technology and matter, defining a spatiotemporal field of possibilities.
