About SIGraDi

The Ibero-American Society of Digital Graphics (SIGraDi), founded in 1997, is a non-profit organization. Its primary purpose is to promote the dissemination and exchange of ideas in computer graphics and emerging technologies in professional practice, education, and research in Architecture, Design, Art, and related disciplines. SIGraDi shares the same interests as its sister societies ASCAAD, ACADIA, CAADRIA and eCAADe. The Society is represented by the General Assembly and the International Executive Committee in charge of its administration. The official languages of SIGraDi are Spanish, Portuguese and English, and its legal domicile is in Montevideo, Uruguay.

The annual conference is the principal event that promotes SIGraDi and is organized by a Latin American voluntary institution, with experience and academic background that applies two years before future

conference. The International Executive Committee will be responsible for advising and assisting the Local Organizing Committee through the Vice-Presidency for International Relations. For 25 years (SIGraDi#25), SIGraDi conferences have been face-to-face in nineteen Latin American cities (1997-2018) and in one European city (2019). In the last three years the conferences were held remotely and ubiquitously (2020-2022).

Conference papers presented at SIGraDi will be available at Blucher Design Proceedings and CumInCAD databases. Authors with conference papers with the highest scores will be invited to present an extended version for the International Journal of Architectural Computing (IJAC), published by SAGE Journal, as well as for the journal Gestão & Tecnologia de Projetos published by the Universidade de São Paulo.
